My stay at the hotel was an enchanting experience. The rooms, filled with traditional Turkish style in red and gold hues, adorned with mirrors including one on the ceiling, were more than beautiful. However, I was given a room that was not the one I had booked. The service, especially from Manager Mertk, was exceptional - friendly and always ready to help. The location, though down a steep street, was near Sultanahmet Square, offering easy access to historical sites. The dining experience, while promising, could be improved. Overall, a great value for money with a few minor drawbacks.
